Eric Fleury, BCom, MBA, CMA
Throughout his career, Eric Fleury has worked closely with many small and mid-sized business owners and managers as well as several non-profit organizations. He has served in a consulting capacity for international Fortune 500 firms. Eric is a well-rounded business person with a passion for assisting his clients in operating their organizations more profitably. His expertise comes from his diverse career background which includes: accounting and financial administration, IT systems integration and software development, business analysis, project management and marketing.
Eric’s comprehensive business education includes a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) from the University of Alberta, a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) from Queen’s University, and he is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). At the conclusion of his CMA program, Eric was awarded the Strategic Leadership Award for his achievements.
Eric’s experience, skills and education make him a valuable asset to his clients across a wide range of roles. This reduces his client’s expenses as Eric is able to fill resource gaps across several disciplines. Eric’s fascination with all topics related to business motivates him to deliver solutions that complement the goals of a client’s organization and to produce results that make an impact. On a personal level, Eric is described as analytical, thorough and dependable. Former colleagues and friends often use him as a sounding board when making important decisions. Eric highly values education and professional development and continually develops his skills. Outside of work, Eric takes the time to maintain his health, he golfs and snowboards regularly and he enjoys spending time with friends and family. Eric is an active member of the local Okanagan business community and serves as an executive director of the local CMA Chapter.
